John and his team were incredible in helping my wife and I find a new house in a different county while juggling work schedules and a two-year-old. They were flexible in showing times, helped us narrow in on a few neighborhoods that met our wish list, and were patient with us as we waited for the right forever home to come on the market. Once we had found the right one, they already had us prepared to move quickly and at the right number and terms. We avoided a bidding war and had the house under contract within a few hours of submitting the offer. Prior to this offering being accepted we had missed out on 5 homes, but John and his team never got frustrated. He also did an amazing job selling our existing home once we were under contract on the new house. Listing photos & 3d walkthroughs were made & came out great but never needed as he was able to get us an offer $25K above what we were going to list for without ever hitting the market and having the hassle of open houses & showings.
